TWC-2000/3000 Torque wrench calibration machine

1、Description

The torque wrench calibration machine is composed of a frame, a loading mechanism, a high-precision torque sensor and a display instrument. It can be used in combination with multiple sensors on the same frame and mechanism. Reasonable structure design, stable and reliable loading, convenient operation, fast sampling speed, high overall accuracy and wide measurement range.

2、Functions

* The sensor can be rotated, which is different from the ordinary push wrench lever arm. The position of the force point remains unchanged during the loading process, which ensures the stability of the torque measurement value and makes the wrench detection more scientific and reliable.

* When the torque wrench is placed on the long thrust arm, through the height adjustment mechanism, the wrench can be quickly placed in a horizontal state. The instrument can flexibly adjust the force application point of the wrench during use. After the horizontal state of the wrench is adjusted, it can be moved by the slider on the sliding plate. The mechanism quickly moves to the position of the wrench thrust point.

* The same loading mechanism is suitable for different ranges, and the sensor is easy to replace, which can be replaced in a few seconds, and it is also very convenient for subsequent calibration.

* The design of the adapter is scientific and reasonable, and the square tenons of different specifications can be directly connected without increasing the height, and the 45° conversion can be realized.

* 500 N·m and below ranges, such as TWC-50, TWC-100, TWC-200, TWC-500 can be brought to the field. It can also be equipped with a large range or small range sensor to extend the range up or down.

4、Calibration software

* The torque wrench calibration machine is easy to operate. The loading mechanism can load automatically or semi automatically according to the requirements. It can measure the torque in clockwise and counterclockwise directions.

* The software has functions such as selectable presets, data recording, automatic judgment of whether the data is qualified, printout, calibration adjustment, etc.

* The calibrator can be connected to a computer, with Chinese and English operation interface. It can graphically display the loading process, and is easy to select the operation mode (tracking mode, peak mode), unit (N.m、in.lb、ft.lb、kgf.m, etc.), parameter setting (including loading mode selection, loading parameter selection, etc.).
